Vi3 is for motion control, image acquisition, analysis and document archiving. Modular design allows for easy addition of options and functions, and it is highly secure with three levels of password protection. Vi3 provides maximum flexibility through an open architecture with numerous interfaces for external connections such as PLCs and database servers. It is also DICONDE compliant, allowing multiple data collection and review stations to be deployed at an enterprise level. If processes change at your location, the Vi3 can be adapted to modify workflow or processing logic, greatly reduces the need to rewrite code. When tasks such as image acquisition, operator inspection and/or ADR analysis are run simultaneously, the efficiency of a single system can be maximized.
